Résumé: LISA RUDD
Objective
My varied career and volunteer pathways over the past twenty-eight years has allowed me to establish a well-rounded understanding of how to work with people to create positive community outcomes - working collectively with others to foster and sustain constructive change.
I constantly seek opportunities, partnerships, champions of causes, passionate individuals and community groups so as to identify, initiate and develop sustainable community based projects and programs.
The projects that I have planned and undertaken in the past have had a strong focus on building social capital; building quality social relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes. I work collectively with others to deal with complex problems through participation, cooperation and interaction.
Underpinning my work ethics and volunteer efforts are the principals of social justice; with a strong focus on building positive, safe, futures for young people and their communities.
